    王煒教授現任東南大學土建交通學部主任,曾獲首屆全國創新爭先獎、首屆全國教材建設獎長江學者特聘教授、國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者等榮譽稱號。王煒教授長期致力于交通運輸工程領域的人才培養與科學研究工作。在城市交通系統規劃與管理、綜合交通系統規劃與管理、智能交通系統、交通系統虛擬仿真等領域取得一批成果,獲國家科技進步二等獎5項(4項第一、1項第二完成人)、國家教學成果二等獎3項。

    Professor Wang Wei is currently the director of the Civil Engineering and Transportation Department of Southeast University. He has won the first National Innovation Prize, the first National Textbook Construction Award, the national "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" leading talent, the Changjiang Scholars Programme Distinguished Professor, the winner of the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars and other honorary titles. Professor Wang Wei has long been committed to talent cultivation and scientific research in the field of transportation engineering. He has made a number of achievements in the research fields of urban transportation system planning and management, integrated transportation system planning and management, intelligent transportation system, virtual simulation of transportation system, etc., and won five second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (four first and one second accomplisher), and three second prizes of the State-level Teaching Award (all first accomplisher).

    建立了綜合交通網絡交通分析模型體系,包括綜合交通多模式異質網絡“多網合一”拓撲結構模型、多網融合下綜合交通系統供需平衡分析模型、超大規模多模式異質網絡一體化交通分配模型、綜合交通網絡系統評價模型,基于這些模型,構建了綜合交通系統規劃、建設與管理的決策支持虛擬仿真平臺—“交運之星—TranStar”

    The traffic analysis model system of comprehensive transportation network has been established, including the "multi network integration" topology model of comprehensive transportation multi-mode heterogeneous network, the supply and demand balance analysis model of comprehensive transportation system under multi network integration, the large-scale multi-mode heterogeneous network integrated traffic allocation model, and the comprehensive transportation network system evaluation model. Based on these models, the comprehensive transportation system planning decision support virtual simulation platform for construction and management – TranStar.

    | 專家簡介(Introduction)|

    同濟大學二級教授、教學名師,國家重點學科“交通運輸工程”、“城市交通交叉學科”主要帶頭人之一,“交通工程”國家一流本科專業建設點責任教授。參與完成國家重大攻關成果“城市交通實時自適應控制系統”,創建了“交通設計理論與方法體系”,提出了“交通工程學2.0”等。兼任教育部高等院校交通運輸類教指委副主任/交通工程專業分教指委主任、中國人工智能學會智能交通專委會副主任等。獲評2021年中國智能交通年度人物。

    Second class professor/senior professor, doctoral supervisor/famous teacher at Tongji University, one of the main leaders of the national key disciplines "Transportation Engineering" and "Urban Transportation Intersection discipline", and the responsible professor of the national first-class undergraduate specialty construction site "Transportation Engineering". Participated in the completion of the national key research achievement "Real time Adaptive Control System for Urban Traffic", created "Traffic Design Theory and Methodology System", and proposed "Traffic Engineering 2.0". Prof. Yang also served as the Deputy Director of the Transportation Education Instruction Committee of the Ministry of Education, the Director of the Transportation Engineering Branch Education Instruction Committee, and the Deputy Director of the Intelligent Transportation Special Committee of the Chinese Assiciation for Artificial Intelligence. He was awarded the annual figure of China's intelligent transportation in 2021.

    綜合立體交通網絡基礎問題與關鍵技術探索

    交通系人類生存、生產、生活與發展所產生的人和物移動之交(連接)與通(達)。其系統及其與城市、經濟、社會的聯系,是通過需求網、運輸網、設施網、能源網、服務網、管控網、治理網和(物聯網、感知網、通信網、移動互聯網等)信息網等有機關聯。本報告在解讀綜合立體交通網絡核心內涵基礎上,探索基于信息網絡的復雜綜合網絡解析方法,復合網絡交互作用機理、耦合關系,以及綜合立體交通網絡最佳構筑、設計、調控、服務關鍵技術。

    Transportation is the transition (connection) and communication (arrival) of the mobile world of people and things generated by human survival, production, life and development. Its system and its connection with the city, economy and society are organically connected through demand network, transportation network, facility network, energy network, service network, management and control network, governance network and (Internet of Things, perception network, communication network, mobile Internet, etc.) information network. Based on the interpretation of the core connotation of the comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, this report focuses on the exploration of the analytical method of the complex comprehensive transportation network based on the information network, the interaction mechanism and coupling relationship of the composite network, and the key technologies for the optimal construction, design, regulation and service of the comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network.

    交通運輸部規劃研究院綜合運輸研究所副所長,中國國土經濟學會國土交通與綜合開發委員會副秘書長。清華大學創新領軍工程博士,交通運輸青年科技英才,交通運輸行業重點領域創新團隊負責人。從事綜合運輸規劃與政策研究,主持我國綜合交通樞紐“十二五”、“十三五”、“十四五”規劃,編制綜合樞紐規劃導則、工可指南、設計指南、功能優化技術指南等,主持和參與國家和部委科研課題40余項。

    Dr. Li is the Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Transportation Institute of Planning Research Institute of Ministry of Transport. He is a Doctor of Innovation Leadership Project of Tsinghua University, young scientific and technological talent in transportation, and leader of innovation team in key areas of the transportation industry. He is engaged in comprehensive transportation planning and policy research and has presided over the 12th Five-Year Plan, 13th Five-Year Plan and 14th Five-Year Plan of China's comprehensive transportation hubs and has compiled comprehensive hub planning guidelines, engineering guidelines, design guidelines and function optimization guidelines. He has also conducted and participated in more than 40 national and ministerial research projects.

    華設設計集團副總裁、總工程師(規劃專業)。江蘇省“333人才工程”科學技術學科帶頭人,江蘇省交通運輸行業“高層次領軍人才培養計劃”第一層次人才,南京市有突出貢獻中青年專家,東南大學產業教授、博士生導師。長期從事綜合交通規劃及交通產業政策研究,先后主持或組織完成了江蘇省、廣東省、河南省等多個省區的綜合立體交通網規劃、“十四五”交通發展規劃等。參與的項目榮獲國家級獎勵20余項,省市以上獎勵40余項。

    Introduction:China Design Group Co., Ltd., Group Vice President and Chief Engineer (Planning major).Academic leader in science and technology of "333 Talent Project" in Jiangsu Province, first-level talent of "High-level Leading Talent Training Program" in Jiangsu Transportation industry, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Nanjing, industrial professor and doctoral supervisor of Southeast University. He has been engaged in comprehensive transportation planning and transportation industry policy research for a long time. He has presided over or organized the comprehensive three-dimensional traffic network planning of Jiangsu Province, Guangdong Province, Henan Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and other provinces and regions, and the "14th Five-Year Plan" for transportation development, etc. The projects he participated in won more than 20 national awards and more than 40 provincial and municipal awards.

    報告總結了江蘇省在綜合交通融合發展方面的有益探索,如大交通體制改革、綜合交通樞紐政策、各種交通方式在發展中的資源統籌等,分享了南京都市圈綜合交通發展方面的思考,如都市圈內城際鐵路與市域市郊鐵路的發展定位關系,城市快速路與鐵路的競爭與合作關系、高速鐵路與樞紐機場的銜接方式等。

    The report summarizes the beneficial exploration in the integrated development of comprehensive transportation in Jiangsu province, such as the reform of the large transportation system, the policy of comprehensive transportation hub, and the resource coordination of various modes of transportation in development. In addition, this report also shares the thinking on the comprehensive transportation development of Nanjing metropolitan area, such as the development positioning relationship between intercity railways and suburban railways in the metropolitan area, the competition and cooperation relationship between urban express roads and railways, and the connection mode between high-speed railways and hub airports, etc.

    教授級高級工程師,中國城市規劃學會城市交通規劃學術委員會專家組委員,廣東省國土空間規劃協會交通專業委員會學術委員。長期從事交通發展政策研究、城市綜合交通規劃、專項規劃等工作。主持或參與編制了《深圳市整體交通規劃》等特大或省會城市的交通規劃,逾百項交通規劃、工程設計、智慧交通建設項目,其中多項獲得了國家級、省部級優秀規劃設計獎、科學技術獎;參編4部技術專著,在核心期刊和交通年會上發表二十余篇重要論文。

    Professorate senior engineer, consultant of Nanshan District People 's Government of Shenzhen, expert member of Urban Traffic Planning Academic Committee of China Urban Planning Association, and academic member of Traffic Professional Committee of Guangdong Territorial Spatial Planning Association. He has long been engaged in traffic development policy research, urban comprehensive transportation planning, special planning, detailed planning. He has presided over or participated in the traffic planning projects in megacities or provincial capitals such as "Shenzhen Artery Network Planning","Shenzhen Overall Traffic Planning","Nanchang Artery Network Planning" and more than 100 transportation planning, engineering design, and intelligent traffic construction projects, many of which have won national and provincial excellent planning and design awards, science and technology awards. He also compiled 4 technical monographs and published more than 20 papers in the core journals and transportation annual meeting.

    數據驅動的三網融合與協同治理——深圳探索與實踐

    我國超大城市交通基礎設施普遍具有體量巨大、類型多樣、網絡耦合等特征。隨著軌道交通網絡化運營,以及共享單車、電單車快速發展,近年來我國地面公交客流持續下降。在高密度人口、高強度客流背景下,公共交通協同治理難度大幅上升,亟需探索數據驅動的三網融合與協同治理技術體系,強化軌道的骨干作用,發揮公交在特定場景的優勢,提升慢行在接駁公共交通的便利性。在上述技術體系指引下,深圳在三網融合治理方面進行了探索與實踐。

    Report Summaries:China's mega-city transportation infrastructure is generally characterized by huge volume, diverse types and network coupling. With the networked operation of rail transportation, as well as the rapid development of shared bicycles and electric bicycles, the passenger flow of ground public transportation in China has continued to decline in recent years. In the context of high-density population and high-intensity passenger flow, the difficulty of public transportation collaborative governance has increased significantly. It is urgent to explore the data-driven technical system of triple-network convergence and collaborative governance, strengthen the backbone role of rail, play the advantages of public transportation in specific scenarios and enhance the convenience of slow travel in connecting to public transportation. Under the guidance of the above technical system, Shenzhen has made a new exploration and practice in triple-network convergence and governance.

    東南大學首席教授,交通學院院長,國家人才計劃教學名師。入選國家高層次人才特殊支持計劃、教育部新世紀優秀人才、交通運輸部“交通青年科技英才”。兼任世界交通運輸大會(WTC)交通工程學部主席,教育部高等學校交通運輸類專業教學指導委員會委員等。長期致力于交通領域的人才培養與科學研究,主要研究方向為城市綜合交通系統優化、智能交通管控等。相關成果獲教育部技術發明獎一等獎1項、中國公路學會科學技術獎一等獎2項。

    Prof. Chen Jun is the chief professor at Southeast University, dean of school of transportation, and famous teacher of National Talent Plan. He has been honored the National Special Support Plan for High-level Talents, Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of Ministry of Education, and the "Transportation Young Science and Technology Talents" of the Ministry of Transport. He is also the chairman of the Traffic Engineering Committee of the World Transport Convention (WTC) and a member of the Education Ministry's Teaching Guidance Committee of transportation majors in universities. Prof. Chen has been committed to talent cultivation and scientific research in the field of transportation, and his main research directions are optimization of urban comprehensive transportation system and intelligent traffic control, etc. The relevant achievements have won 1 first prize of Technological Invention Award of the Ministry of Education and 2 first prizes of Science and Technology Award of China Highway Society.
