    徐紅罡 中山大學旅游學院院長

    Honggang Xu Dean of College of Tourism, Sun Yat-sen University

    專家簡介(Introduction)

    徐紅罡教授,中山大學旅游學院院長,博士生導師。國際旅游研究院會(院)士。國際地理聯合會旅游地理專業委員會副主席,中國旅游地理專業委員會副主任,多個旅游屆頂級國際期刊編委成員;發表SCI/SSCI論文60余篇,CSSCI論文30余篇;主持國家級及省部局級科研基金項目7項。主要研究方向是可持續旅游。

    Introduction:Prof. Xu Honggang, Dean of School of Tourism, Sun Yat-sen University, Ph. He is a member of the International Institute for Tourism Research (IITR). He is the vice chairman of International Geographical Union (IGU) Tourism Geography Committee, vice director of China Tourism Geography Committee, member of editorial board of several top international journals in tourism; published more than 60 SCI/SSCI papers, more than 30 CSSCI papers; presided over 7 national and provincial research fund projects. His main research interests are sustainable tourism.

    沈國強教授曾任教于美國北卡羅萊納大學、俄克拉荷馬大學、德克薩斯大學正教授和系主任?,F為浙江大學特聘教授、區域與城市規劃系主任,兼任中國城市規劃學會研究生教育指導委員會委員;發表高水平期刊論文100余篇,主持中美國家級及州省部級課題20余項。在城市可持續發展,城市韌性,物流交通,空間形態,城市理論方面有豐富的積累和經驗。創立全球智慧物流交通優化模型以及多時空城市自然災害風險評估模型。

    Professor Shen Guoqiang has taught at the University of North Carolina, the University of Oklahoma, and the University of Texas as a full professor and department chair. He is currently a National Distinguished Expert, a Quyi Chair Professor at Zhejiang University, and the Chair of the Department of Regional and Urban Planning, and a member of the Steering Committee of Graduate Education of the Chinese Society of Urban Planning. He has rich experience in sustainable urban development, urban resilience, logistics and transportation, spatial morphology, and urban theory. He founded the global intelligent logistics and transportation optimization model and the multi-temporal urban natural disaster risk assessment model.

    李勇,清華大學長聘副教授、博士生導師,教育部長江學者,國家重點研發計劃負責人。從事城市科學與計算方面的科研工作,在KDD、NeurIPS等CCF A類國際會議與Nature子刊等期刊發表論文100余篇,引用萬余次,10篇入選ESI高被引用論文。入選全球“高被引科學家”名單、國家“萬人計劃”青年拔尖人才計劃,獲IEEE ComSoc亞太區杰出青年學者獎、教育部科技進步一等獎、湖北省技術發明一等獎等。

    Yong Li is a long-appointed associate professor and doctoral supervisor at Tsinghua University, a Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, and the head of the National Key Research and Development Program. He has published more than 100 papers with more than 10,000 citations in KDD, NeurIPS and other CCF Class A international conferences and Nature subjournals, and 10 of them have been selected as highly cited papers in ESI. He has been selected as one of the "Highly Cited Scientists" in the world and one of the "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" in China.     Urban Simulator

    本報告介紹支持大規模城市物理要素與社會要素模擬仿真的城市模擬器:物理要素包括以AOI(Area of interest)為主體的城市建筑以及連接AOI的城市道路水電通信等基礎設施網絡等,社會要素包括人、以人在AOI間轉移為代表的人在城市內的活動、人的需求引發的對基礎設施的使用等。對這兩個要素及其相互影響的刻畫,即為大規模城市微觀模擬,通過大規模城市全尺度微宏觀一體模擬的分布式異構加速實現方案實現。

    This report introduces a city simulator that supports the simulation of physical and social elements of large-scale cities: physical elements include urban buildings, mainly AOI (Area of interest), and infrastructure networks such as roads, water, electricity, and communications that connect AOI, etc., while social elements include people, their activities within the city represented by their transfer between AOI, and their demand-induced use of infrastructure, etc. infrastructure use, etc. The portrayal of these two elements and their interactions is a large-scale urban micro-simulation, which is realized by a distributed and heterogeneous accelerated implementation scheme for large-scale urban full-scale micro-macro integrated simulation.

    徐志剛,長安大學信息工程學院副院長,教授,博士生導師,交通運輸部中青年科技創新領軍人才,陜西省青年科技獎、中國交通教育優秀中青年教師獎獲得者。長期從事智能交通系統、車聯網與自動駕駛、車路協同等領域的研究。近五年發表論文90余篇(其中SCI36篇,ESI高被引3篇),出版專著1部。先后獲得國家科技進步二等獎1項,陜西省科學技術一等獎2項、三等獎1項,4次獲得國際會議的最佳論文獎。

    Xu Zhigang, Vice Dean of School of Information Engineering, Chang'an University, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Ministry of Transportation Young and Middle-aged Science and Technology Innovation Leader, Shaanxi Province Youth Science and Technology Award, China Transportation Education Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Teacher Award winner. He has long been engaged in the research of intelligent transportation system, vehicle networking and autonomous driving, vehicle-road coordination and other fields. In the past five years, he has published more than 90 papers (including 36 SCI papers and 3 ESI high citation papers) and one monograph. He has won one National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, two First Prize and one Third Prize of Science and Technology of Shaanxi Province, and the best paper award in international conferences for four times.

    該報告將系統介紹我國綜合交通運輸體系的建設現狀以及我國交通運輸行業當前遇到的問題(如:交通運輸結構發展不平衡、綜合運輸效率效益不高等)。同時在總結美、歐、日等發達國家綜合與新型交通系統發展歷史基礎上,分析了其內涵、發展現狀及本領域面臨的挑戰。通過分析我國在綜合與新型交通的發展現狀及特征和世界主要發達國家綜合與新型交通發展路徑及趨勢,歸納本學科未來的重點發展方向和可能面臨的科學難題。

    The report will systematically introduce the construction status of China's comprehensive transportation system and the problems currently encountered by China's transportation industry (such as unbalanced development of transportation structure, low efficiency and efficiency of comprehensive transportation). At the same time, on the basis of summarizing the development history of comprehensive and new transport systems in developed countries such as the United States, Europe and Japan, the paper analyzes their connotation, development status and challenges in this field.     專家簡介(Introduction)

    鄭甲佳博士2011年畢業于長安大學公路學院橋梁與隧道工程專業,清華大學和交通運輸部公路科學研究院聯合培養博士后,先后從事黃土地鐵隧道、特殊土路基處理、地鐵近接施工、隧道風險管控的設計咨詢和科研工作,先后發表學術論文十余篇,取得發明專利7項,實用新型專利8項,獲得中交集團科技進步一等獎1項,中國公路學會科技進步二等獎1項。近年主要從事國內科技成果和中國標準在“一帶一路”沿線國家的推廣和應用。

    Dr. Jiajia Zheng graduated from the School of Highway of Chang'an University, majoring in Bridge and Tunnel Engineering. He is a postdoctoral fellow jointly trained by Tsinghua University and Research Institute of Highway Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China. He has been engaged in the design consulting and scientific research of Loess Metro Tunnel, special soil subgrade treatment, subway proximity construction, and tunnel risk management and control. He has also published more than 10 academic papers, obtained 7 invention patents and 8 utility model patents, won 1 first prize for scientific and technological progress of CCCC (China Communications Construction Company Limited), and 1 second prize for scientific and technological progress of CHTS(China Highway and Transportation Society). In recent years, he has been mainly engaged in the promotion and application of domestic scientific and technological achievements and Chinese standards in countries along the Belt and Road project.

    新編公路水運工程施工安全風險評估指南在海外盾構隧道中的實踐

    The Practice of the Newly Compiled Guideline for Safety Risk Assessment of Highway and Water Transport Engineering Construction in Overseas Shield Tunnels

    交通運輸部新編《公路水運工程施工安全風險評估指南 第3部分:隧道工程》即將發布,基于2011版試行指南,本次新編指南提出了總體風險評估主控因素判識法,建立了施工前風險事件可能性評估方法,創建了事故嚴重程度當量分級方法,構建了施工過程專項風險評估方法,同時在山嶺隧道的基礎上,納入了盾構隧道評估指標。本次報告結合卡納普里河隧道,將新編指南在公路盾構隧道的應用進行詳細介紹。

    Guideline for safety risk assessment of highway and water transport engineering construction—Part 3: Tunnel engineering newly compiled by the Ministry of Transportation will be released soon. Based on the 2011 edition of the trial guide, the new guideline proposes the overall risk assessment master control factor identification method, establishes the pre-construction risk event possibility assessment method, creates the accident severity equivalent classification method, constructs the special risk assessment method for the construction process, and includes the shield tunnel assessment index on the basis of the mountain tunnel. This report, combined with the Kanapuri River Tunnel, will provide a detailed description of the application of road shield tunnels in the new guideline.

    劉鍇博士  畢業于同濟大學(城市規劃專業學士、碩士)和名古屋大學(交通工程博士)。研究多源交通數據的精細化處理、數據融合、模式識別、可視化和信息挖掘等關鍵技術和方法。Transportation Research part D編委,Asian Transport Studies 副主編。擔任交通部重點實驗室學術委員會副主任、世界交通大會交叉學部交通環境學科主席、交通工程學部交通行為技術委員會主席等職。

    Dr. Kai Liu graduated from Tongji University (bachelor's degree and master's degree in urban planning) and Nagoya University (doctor's degree in traffic engineering). Research key technologies and methods such as fine processing, data fusion, pattern recognition, visualization and information mining of multi-source traffic data. Editorial board member of Transportation Research Part D, deputy editor in chief of Asian Transport Studies. He served as the Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Transport, the Chairman of the Traffic Environment Discipline of the Cross disciplinary Department of the World Transport Congress, and the Chairman of the Traffic Behavior Technical Committee of the Ministry of Transport Engineering.

    定制公交出行行為與時空需求演變機理

    我國定制公交線路尚未充分理解乘客行為和把握需求時空演變規律。本研究從定制公交用戶個體行為出發,挖掘出行者定制公交選擇行為機理及關鍵影響因素,探究乘客忠誠度及持續使用決策機理;分析短期用戶和長期忠誠用戶使用行為特征差異及其受出行特征、建成環境等時空因素的非線性影響;捕捉定制公交系統在當前交通系統中的功能、角色和適宜的多元化出行場景;進一步構建時空需求模型,解析需求的時空演變機理和復雜時空依賴效應。

    Customized bus routes in China have not fully understood passenger behavior and grasped the space-time evolution law of demand. This research starts from the individual behavior of customized public transport users, excavates the mechanism of travelers' customized public transport choice behavior and key influencing factors, and explores the mechanism of passenger loyalty and sustainable use decision-making; Analyze the difference between short-term users and long-term loyal users in their use behavior characteristics and the nonlinear impact of time and space factors such as travel characteristics and built environment; Capture the functions, roles and suitable diversified travel scenarios of the customized public transport system in the current transport system; Further build a spatio-temporal demand model to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution mechanism of demand and the complex spatio-temporal dependency effect.

    郭猛,北京工業大學教授、博士生導師。致力于瀝青路面應用基礎和工程技術研究,在瀝青基材料界面行為與粘彈特性方向取得創新性成果,并廣泛應用。近五年主持了國家自然科學基金2項、國家重點研發計劃重點專項子課題等。已授權專利8項(1項獲得中國專利優秀獎);累計發表文章74篇,H因子為20;擔任《Road Materials and Pavement Design》等期刊編委,兼任TRB、中國公路學會委員等。

    Guo Meng is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Beijing Institute of Technology. He is dedicated to the basic and engineering research of asphalt pavement applications, and has achieved innovative results in the direction of interfacial behavior and viscoelastic properties of asphalt-based materials, which are widely used. In the past five years, he has presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects and sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program. He has granted 8 patents (1 won the China Patent Excellence Award); published 74 articles with an H-factor of 20; serves as an editorial board member of Road Materials and Pavement Design and other journals, and is also a member of TRB and China Highway Society.

    雙碳戰略下瀝青路面老化機理與防治技術研究

    Research on Aging Mechanism and Prevention Technology of Asphalt Pavement under Dual Carbon Strategy

    我國公路發展已進入“以養為重”新時期,2021年公路養護里程達525萬公里,養護費用占全年GDP的2.7%。如何提供道路路面耐久性,改善路面服役性能,減少運營養護碳排放,已經成為道路養護實現“雙碳”目標的重要問題。報告將介紹瀝青路面靶向抗老化技術與高效再生技術的機理、評價方法和應用效果,運用生命周期方法評價瀝青路面老化防治技術的降碳效果與經濟效益。研究成果對雙碳戰略下長壽命路面的發展具有重要意義。

    China's highway development has entered a new era of "focusing on maintenance". In 2021, the highway maintenance mileage will reach 5.25 million kilometers, and the maintenance cost will account for 2.7% of the annual GDP. How to provide road pavement durability, improve pavement service performance and reduce carbon emissions from operation and maintenance has become an important issue for road maintenance to achieve the goal of "dual carbon". The report will introduce the mechanism, evaluation method and application effect of targeted anti-aging technology and efficient recycling technology for asphalt pavement, and use the life cycle method to evaluate the carbon reduction effect and economic benefits of asphalt pavement aging prevention technology. The research results are of great significance to the development of long-life pavement under the dual carbon strategy.

    李大韋 東南大學副教授

    李大韋,博士,副教授,2014年8月至今在東南大學交通學院從事教學與科研工作。目前擔任世界運輸大會委員會主席等,獲評香江學者、江蘇省“六大高峰”高層次人才。主要研究領域包括交通行為分析、交通需求預測等。發表SCI期刊論文二十余篇。主持和參與國家及省部級項目近二十項,并且與騰訊、華為、世紀高通、運滿滿、豐田、米其林、交通部科研院等國內外企業與行業單位有合作關系。

    Li Dawei, doctor, associate professor, has been engaged in teaching and research in the School of Transportation of Southeast University since August 2014. At present, he is the chairman of the Committee of the World Transport Congress, and has been awarded as Xiangjiang Scholar and high-level talent of "six peaks" in Jiangsu Province. The main research fields include traffic behavior analysis, traffic demand prediction, etc. He has published more than 20 papers in SCI journals. Presided over and participated in nearly 20 national, provincial and ministerial projects, and had cooperative relations with domestic and foreign enterprises and industry units such as Tencent, Huawei, Qualcomm Century, Yunmanman, Toyota, Michelin, and the Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications.

    基于活動的多模式交通需求建模:數據、模型與實踐

    Activity-based Multi-modal Transportation Demand Modeling: Data, Models and Practices

    居民鏈式出行活動作為社會生活的重要組成部分,既是海量數據的產生源頭,又深受大數據干預治理的影響。在大數據時代,異質化鏈式出行活動的數據驅動研究方法成為新的研究范式。通過融合多源交通大數據,本報告重點關注出行者的異質選擇偏好和動態選擇特征,從鏈式出行活動和鏈式路段-路徑選擇兩方面進行交通需求模型的構建。進一步以居民出行行為機理解析和個性化路徑推薦作為需求模型的實踐應用場景。

    As an important part of social life, residents' chain travel activities are not only the source of massive data, but also deeply affected by big data intervention and governance. In the age of big data, the data driven research method of heterogeneous chain travel activities has become a new research paradigm. By integrating multi-source transportation big data, this report focuses on the heterogeneous selection preference and dynamic selection characteristics of travelers, and constructs a traffic demand model from two aspects: chain travel activities and chain road section route selection. Further, the analysis of residents' travel behavior mechanism and personalized route recommendation are taken as the practical application scenarios of the demand model.

    專家簡介(Introduction)王興舉,教授,博士生導師,現任國際教育學院院長。河北省青年拔尖人才,河北省新世紀“三三三人才工程”第三層次人才,河北省優秀碩士學位論文指導教師,中國公路學會優秀科技工作者,校青年科技拔尖人才,校優秀教師,校優秀研究生導師。長期從事智慧交通基礎設施系統的研究,先后主持了國家自然科學基金、河北省自然科學基金項目、等縱向課題10 多項,出版專著1部,發表論文30多 篇,獲得專利、軟著等20多項。

    Wang Xingju, professor, doctoral supervisor, is currently the dean of the Institute of International Education.
